What is the Sutuverse?
The Sutuverse is a Web3 playground exploring the possibilities of NFT powered interactive experiences. It is created by the artist known as Sutu. When you purchase a Neonz NFT or other related NFTs to the Neonz project, the NFT's metadata is often used to unlock experiences created on various platforms. For example when you sync your Tezos wallet to the Sutuverse your Neonz will manifest as a full body 3D avatar OR if you head over to neonz.xyz you will see it unlocks various AR experiences. A Neonz is a key that unlocks many doors and this year we're designing lots of doors!
What is Neonz?
NEONZ are a limited collection of 10,000 unique retro-futurist avatars, designed by Australian artist Sutu. A Neonz is sold as an NFT. Once you own a Neonz, you can stare at it for hours and be dazzled by its mesmerising animation, you can also use it to unlock experiences in the Sutuverse- a web3 Playground including AR,VR and WebGL experiences.
What is an NFT?
An NFT is a non-fungible token. NFTs are unique crypto assets stored on the blockchain. They are unlike fungible assets like a dollar, where one dollar is interchangeable with any other dollar or cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, where one Bitcoin is interchangeable with any other Bitcoin. Because each NFT is unique, they can be used to authenticate the ownership and provenance of digital assets like the Neonz artworks. It is a way of ensuring that digital assets can remain rare/scarce/unique.
What is a blockchain?
Blockchains are a type of de-centralised data storage technology in which a record of transactions made in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tezos or other cryptocurrency platforms is maintained across several computers that are linked in a peer-to-peer network.
What is Tezos?
Neonz NFTs are minted on the Tezos blockchain which uses an energy-efficient “proof-of-stake” blockchain that consumes far less energy when compared to “proof-of-work” blockchains like Ethereum and Bitcoin. Learn more at https://tezos.com
How do I purchase an Neonz NFT?
You can purchase Neonz NFTS at objkt.com using Tezos in your Tezos crypto wallet. Popular Tezos wallets include Temple or Kukai. Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased NFTs will be available in the wallet you used to sign in to the Objkt Marketplace. ** To buy Tezos visit a popular exchange like Coinbase.
How do I receive my Neonz NFT?
To receive your NFTs sign in to your Kukai crypto wallet, which is a browser based wallet for the Tezos blockchain. Step by step instructions are available here on how to setup a new Kukai wallet.
What should I know about transactions processed on the public Tezos blockchain?
NFT minting and transactions are processed on the public Tezos blockchain. Your Tezos wallet address will be publicly visible when you engage in these transactions. The transaction will be permanently stored and tracked on the Tezos blockchain. We do not own or control the wallet,the public Tezos blockchain, Objkt.com or any other third-party site, product, or service that you might access or use for the purpose of enabling transactions with the Tezos cryptocurrency. The transparency and de-centralised nature of the blockchain are what help to enforce the uniqueness and value of these assets.
How do I view my NFT?
Once you have purchased your NFT the artworks you can be viewed in view your collection on the Objkt.com marketplace.
Can I sell or trade my NFTs?
Yes. You can buy, sell and trade Tezos NFTs like you can other unique assets. The easiest way to do this is on the Objkt.com marketplace. 5% of any sale will be automatically paid to the original artist in royalties - this is one of the great benefits of NFT artworks.
